Peter Byrne (Head Chef)

Peter spent the early part of his career in London working for Chef's like Nico Ladenis and Richard Corrigan. He then moved to Belfast and took up a post with Paul Rankin in what was then Roscoff's in Shaftsbury Square. Peter has been leading the kitchen team in Mary's since 2011and brings his passion and drive to offer customers in Mary's a higher style of food and presentation.
